Anna Hudon-Kaide, Physiotherapist
Anna graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2018 with a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she had obtained her Bachelor of Sciences Degree at the University of Alberta. Her strong interest in the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and manual therapy are the reasons why she intends to further her professional development at Physiotherapy on Kent. In addition to her studies, Anna has taken continued education courses in Functional Dry Needling (FDN/IMS) through Kinetacore and courses with the Mackenzie Institute, both Part A: Lumbar Spine and Part B: Cervical and Thoracic Spine Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy. Anna is highly motivated to further her post-graduate education in advanced manual therapy techniques and will be challenging her level 1 manual therapy in June through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Anna’s academic foundation has made her a strong believer in the therapeutic benefits of exercise. She is devoted and passionate about offering the best quality of care while adopting an evidence-based approach in order to give her patients the tools to take charge of their health. She enjoys working with a variety of patients from athletic to nonathletic populations.
Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Anna is fluently trilingual (French, English and Japanese) and easygoing. In her personal time, Anna enjoys hiking, running and working out at the gym. In the past, she had competed in track & field, martial arts and soccer.

Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Ottawa. Our model is low volume/high contact, meaning you will get plenty of one-on-one time with your clinician. Our private treatment areas ensure privacy, respect dignity, and facilitate open dialogue with your clinician regarding your health. Some equipment that we may use in your treatment might include Ultrasound, Interferential Current, TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), Acupuncture or Dry Needling, Hot or Cold Packs, Theraband or TheraTubing, Wobble Board, Exercise or Physio Balls. We are strong proponents of education and exercise recognizing that these are an integral component of a treatment that continues outside the clinic and between appointments.
