Jeffrey Edwards, Physiotherapist

Jeff Edwards received his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University and his undergraduate degree in Health Science from the University of Western Ontario. Jeff is committed to life-long learning in order to provide the most effective care possible based on cutting-edge research. He has taken courses in advanced manual therapy techniques, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), spinal pathology and acupuncture.

Jeff’s practical experiences include working at several metropolitan hospitals treating individuals with orthopaedic, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions. He has also had training in various sports injury clinics in Ontario.

While at the University of Western Ontario, Jeff was an accomplished varsity track and field athlete and served as team captain. He has continued to stay involved in the sport and now plays an active role coaching for both the Ottawa Lions Track Club and the University of Ottawa.  His athletes have attended international competitions such as the IAAF World Youth Championships, World University Games and the Pan Am Games.

Jeff enjoys a variety of sports and maintains an active lifestyle.  In his spare time, he enjoys weight training, running, golf, hockey and world traveling.

Jeff takes appointments Monday-Friday.
