Being active and athletic Chantal has experienced minor and chronic injuries in which she was able to recover from with different types of therapies. This, along with her caring nature of wanting to help others was what lead her to become an RMT. She believes in a nurturing and therapeutic recovery that can also allow for self awareness. Chantal is happy to help you improve your well being through massage as well as self maintenance which is an integral part of recovery.

She is aware that the body has different ways of presenting and dealing with injury and uses the methods she knows to help recuperate: Deep Tissue, PNF, Myofascial Techniques,Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage Techniques.

Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Ottawa.  Our model is low volume/high contact, meaning you will get plenty of one-on-one time with your clinician.  Our private treatment areas ensure privacy, respect dignity, and facilitate open dialogue with your clinician regarding your health.  Some equipment that we may use in your treatment might include Ultrasound, Interferential Current, TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), Acupuncture or Dry Needling, Hot or Cold Packs, Theraband or TheraTubing, Wobble Board, Exercise or Physio Balls.  We are strong proponents of education and exercise recognizing that these are an integral component of a treatment that continues outside the clinic and between appointments.
